ESO PVP Builds

Update 36 has launched on the live servers! New sets & builds need to be tested before I can update the site. This will take 2-3 weeks so that a decent build will be posted, and in case some early patch changes occur. Visit my Patreon to see the work in progress on the new builds!

Magicka Dragonknight

Updated for Lost Depths

While not as strong as in High Isle due to the DoT nerfs, Magicka Dragonknight remains a decent pick in Update 35 PvP. They have a lot of pressure and can be very tanky using the sets in this build. If you wish to trade some of this tankiness for more damage, alternative sets are listed in Important Notes.

Magicka Dragonknight (Battlegrounds)

This build is from Markarth, but should still work perfectly well in Battlegrounds in Flames of Ambition.

Magicka Dragonknight is similar to the Magicka Templar in the sense that it’s also best suited in a brawler setup. It does have a bit less sustain but it also has quite a bit more single target pressure which is especially noticeable in dueling environments. This build is for Battlegrounds though, and will use procsets and Malacath to further increase that pressure.

  • The gear is full heavy for the health regen buff and for the increased armor, which will increase health regen indirectly as well through Alessian Order.  Fully buffed up the health regen will be around 5k this way, which makes you survive for a long time both in and out of mistform.
  • The cost reduction enchantments in combination with Constitution should make you spend very little magicka even in mistform.
