What was once a magicka-based Necromancer has evolved to a hybrid proc build that uses the best of both the magicka and stamina toolkit to create this DoT-focused setup. It can still deal a big amount of burst damage with Blastbones and Dawnbreaker and has excellent survivability, which just comes naturally with the class.

Even though it’s a full medium armor build, it remains important to heavy attack frequently to keep up the sustain.
An alternative ult setup is Goliath + Temporal Guard, this is interesting when you frequently deal with heavily outnumbered situations.
