This build seeks to maximize that potential by stacking Spell Damage and by using Mechanical Acuity. This ensures great burst and pressure, but also buffs the healing which creates great survivability together with the resistances from Rallying Cry.

Important Notes

While the Penetration on this build may seem low at first, keep in mind that Major Breach is applied by Elemental Susceptibility and Minor Breach is applied by the Absorb Stamina enchant. The latter also has a decent uptime due to the Charged Trait.
The Dual Wield enchants are chosen because of their status effects, increasing the enemy’s damage taken.
Magicka Templar works with a wide variety of sets. The best alternatives include Wretched Vitality and (Perfected) Olorime. Other alternatives are Clever Alchemist, Deadly Strike and War Maiden.
