ESO PVP Builds

Update 46 has launched on the live servers! New builds for subclassing need to be tested before I can update the site. This will take 2-3 weeks so that a decent build will be posted, and in case some early patch changes occur. Visit my Patreon to see the work in progress on the new builds!

The website has been updated with subclassing – and Whitestrake’s Mayhem is live! If you find any irregularities in the builds, please let us know.

Beginner One-Bar Builds

The builds on this website are mostly endgame focused, showing the best setups available without keeping learning curves or missing set items in account. But what if you are just starting out at pvp or want a more forgiving build for daily Battlegrounds and getting Tier 3 alliance rewards in Cyrodiil?

Then, the builds below are aimed for players like you. The setups focus on easy gameplay, easy set requirements and still remain a strong option for low to mid-tier pvp.

These builds do not use Scribing skills, Mythics or dungeon 5pc sets to keep the requirements low.

The Setup

Applicable for: Low to mid-tier pvp (Battlegrounds, casual Cyrodiil play etc.)

Updated for: Update 46

Important notes

      • When using an Ice Staff, do not unlock the first passive in the Destruction Staff skill line.
      • If you need more damage, replace the Ice Staff by a Lightning Staff.
      • If you need more mobility, the jewelry traits can be replaced by Swift and the Fortified champion point can be replaced by Celerity.
      • If you need more sustain, the jewelry enchants can be replaced by Magicka Recovery.
      • Good alternative sets instead of Rallying Cry include Wizard’s Riposte, Back-Alley Gourmand, Mara’s Balm and Robes of the Hist. Ideally the player can mix and match those different sets (as well as skills!) to try out some easy theorycrafting and to see what works best.
