It utilizes an insane amount of damage mitigation, making you an un-gankable mountain of health™, a PVP repellent for those times when you just want the tryhards to leave you alone.

Important Notes

It’s better to go with Prismatic armor enchants instead of Health, but they cost a lot more and both work anyway.
Mara’s Balm is a good alternative set.
