ESO PVP Builds

Update 44 has launched on the live servers! New sets & builds need to be tested before I can update the site. This will take 2-3 weeks so that a decent build will be posted, and in case some early patch changes occur. Visit my Patreon to see the work in progress on the new builds!

The builds will be updated for U41 in the week of 11/03 – 25/03.

One-Bar Builds

The builds on this website are mostly endgame focused, showing the best setups available without keeping learning curves or missing set items in account. But what if you are just starting out at pvp or want a more forgiving build for daily Battlegrounds and getting Tier 3 alliance rewards in Cyrodiil?

These builds are aimed for players like you. The setups focus on easy gameplay, easy set requirements and still remain a strong option for low to mid-tier pvp.

These builds do not use Scribing skills or dungeon 5pc sets to keep the requirements low.

The Setup

Applicable for: Low to mid-tier pvp (Battlegrounds, casual Cyrodiil play etc.)

  • Good alternative sets include Wretched Vitality, Mara’s Balm, Robes of the Hist and Night Mother’s Gaze. While the crit sets used in this build work best for some, ideally the player can mix and match those different sets (as well as skills!) to try out some easy theorycrafting and to see what works best.
  • Sorcerer
    • Crystal Fragments can also be used occasionally as a spammable when stamina is low.
  • Dragonknight
    • An important change in the build is using Dual Wield Axes instead of a Bow. Since this class can only play well in melee, this will offer more damage.
    • A second important change is swapping Gourmand to Robes of the Hist Sap, because playing in melee requires more survivability.
    • Use Noxious Breath and Molten Whip together, rather than simply spamming one of those skills. This allows for better resource management, as well as higher burst with Molten Whip.
  • Warden
    • Use a Charged Ice Staff instead of a Bow. Crushing Shock is a better spammable for this class than Crushing Weapon, since the Warden toolkit already has Major Breach. The Ice Staff will provide more defense as well as Minor Brittle (which gives more Critical Damage).
  • Nightblade
    • Always stay at range and provide pressure on the enemies from behind your allies. Combine Focused Aim with a Merciless Resolve proc for high burst damage.
