Important notes

Wield Soul scripts: Shock, Class, Major Sorcery & Brutality. Alternative 1: Crushing Weapon with Critical Surge instead of Elemental Susceptibility. Alternative 2: Crushing Shock or Elemental Weapon with Critical Surge instead of Bound Aegis.
The function of secondary heal (Vigor) can also be performed by Vibrant Shroud or Ulfsild’s Contingency (Scripts: healing or damage shield, gladiator’s tenacity, Minor Intellect/Endurance or Minor Force).
Alternative sets that replace Rallying Cry include Shattered Fate, Crafty Alfiq, Farstrider and Order’s Wrath. Use Impenetrable traits if you do this.

Build 2: Highest Max Magicka

Focusing only on stacking more magicka can be straightforward, since it takes care of much of the defense and damage needed and other mechanics are less important compared to more well-rounded builds.

An easy way to do this is by using Crafty Alfiq in the previous build (see Important Notes in Build 1). Magicka can be stacked a little higher using alternative methods, one of which you can find in this build.

While technically the Magicka stack can be pushed even further towards 80k, this is the highest Maximum Magicka that is viable while still keeping sufficient sustain, resistances, penetration etc.
